My New Home - Kitchen

I really liked my kitchen until the refrigerator arrived. It just didn't fit in the allotted space right. I hired the carpenters that originally built the cabinets to properly build in the refrigerator. While doing that we added a broom closet and an appliance closet to the left of the refrigerator. The carpenters were great in that they custom built as we went along and I got what I wanted. The refrigerator is now built in and the closets are very useful.

I contracted with the original painters to come back stain it and match it all up. They did a great job.

Months before the house was built I purchased a heavy duty bar blender/mixer that ended up being too tall to fit under any of the counters. The carpenters simply knocked a hole in the wall and built a fitted compartment that I think looks good and it functions well.

A hunting buddy named Doyle who has a company FishIron  made me a custom Sailfish Pot Rack for hanging my pots, pans, lids and utensils. I used real stainless steel swivels and fishing hooks to hang the pots and pans and also used the hooks to suspend the Pot Rack from the ceiling. It may not be for everybody, but I like it.  Doyle also made me a large wall mount Bass with a flipped out tail that holds the chalk for the pool table in the living room.
