My New House - Garage

An important feature I was seeking in a new home was a good size garage. Penelope Oliphant (Perry Home Sales) suggested I choose the single level home plan with a detached garage. She worked with the Perry engineers and quoted making my garage 1 foot taller and 10 feet deeper than the original plan.

After closing on the house I contracted with the I struck a deal with the carpenters and traded my old leather sofa and love seat along with a 36" TV, new microwave and a little cash for the build out of the inside of the garage. What a great deal!
